1. Start Small - Do not be too hard on yourself from the very first day, take it slow and steady. Make improvement in your discipline regime daily, analyze what you can do to perform better than yesterday. Believe me, little improvements will lead you to become more and more disciplined.

2. Reward yourself - Reward yourself when you hit an objective of your goal. Keep moving forward enjoying the success of every single objective. Celebrate it go watch your fav tv show, fav movie, spend time with your loved ones as per your schedule allows you.

3. Maintain your energy - Proper diet and sleeping pattern will improve your focus and enhance your performance so it will be easy to do things day in day out and will maintain the discipline ongoing as you will keep conquering objectives.

4. Manage your environment - Make your desk work-friendly or your fridge diet-friendly if you are on a goal to lose weight. In simple words remove all the distractions. If you have work to be done put your phone in another room and focus on your work. Distractions are just guilty pleasure.
