A search for happiness is real, we all want to be happy right? After all, life is all about being happy.
Life is a beautiful journey and we need to extract and enjoy. Every single drop of happiness from our life by achieving our life goals, uplifting others, changing the lives of others, doing your bucket list, and many other exciting things. A lot of peoples search for their happiness in materials. In buying luxuries, the happiness of few depends upon the behavior of their loved ones ( Spouse, children, parents, etc. )
You see If you keep looking for happiness in the outer world then sorry my friend you are never going to enjoy the real bliss of your own existence.

 And yet, this search for happiness can be a lifelong search, especially if we look at happiness as something that will come once we achieve certain goals — a nice home, a perfect spouse, the ultimate promotion … and when we get these goals, instead of being happy, we often are looking forward to being happy when we meet our next goals.
Happiness shouldn’t be something that happens to us in the future, maybe someday, if things go well. Happiness should be here and now, who we are now, with the people we’re with now, doing the things we’re doing now. And if we’re not with people who make us happy, and doing things that make us happy … then we should take action to make that happen.

To understand the true meaning of happiness in life we need to know the difference between Pleasure and Happiness. Which will let you be happy when things go wrong.

Pleasure is a temporary joy that we get by achieving things or riches. You see we want a thing, we get it and we feel good for it for some time and then happiness is gone. After it, we want another thing and this loop continues on and on. Nothing is wrong with a new car, new clothes, a new house as these things make the experience of life better but They are fleeting.     

Happiness is a role model, an ideal person of pleasure which pleasure aspires to become. Pleasure comes from outside whereas happiness comes from within. The biggest mistake is that we wait to be happy whereas You need to understand happiness is not to be hunted,  it is to be created at this very moment.  Happiness comes from gratitude, which means what we have already like  Food on our tables, good health, our family doing good.

How I find my happiness in life?

  • I found it when I expanded my boundaries of self-awareness.
  • I found it when I started to love myself.
  • I found it when I took pride in my strengths 
  • I found it when I started to accept and love my imperfections.
  • I found it when I stopped ruminating about my past and future.
  • I DOMINATED it when I started living, Enjoying, Working in the present moment. For this, I would like to recommend to you guys the book called The power of now

Discussed above is the foundation of success without this foundation you can not be happy all the time.

 20 Ways to be happy and how to be a cheerful person?

1. Be present - Don’t think about how great things will be in the future. Don’t dwell on what did or didn’t happen in the past.

2. Connect with others - Get to know exciting and optimistic people. Because the environment decides your mood

3. Spend time with those you love - It's very refreshing and elevating to be around and spend our time with those we love. And yes personal suggestion time "Don't forget to tell your mama you love her"

4. Do the things you love - Life is too short to be living up someone else's dream. Do your heart OK? There is no one who can tell you to do this and that. Trust your gut and follow your heart in every small and big thing of life.

5. Focus on good things - You gotta embrace that life will never be free of problems. It's your perspective on how you respond to your life problems.  Either you get reduced by them or your optimism makes you face your problems with a smile on your face. There is always something good in bad you just gotta be optimistic enough to see that.

6. Help others - Always be a helping hand for others. Uplift and encourage everyone. Your help only counts when you don't want anything in return that's the real help.

7. Be Grateful - Be thankful for everything you have while constantly striving for your goals. Let's be grateful for this food on our table, for the roof on our head, for this great family. What is there to be not grateful for.

8. Develop compassion - Be kind and show your empathy and sympathy and do your part in helping others.

9. Become a lifelong learner - Never settle! There is always more of what life can teach you, what others can teach you. Personally, this is one of the objectives of my personal mission statement. Life is very beautiful and so much to learn from it and pass our wisdom to others.

10. Simplify your life - Cutout the things which bug you or hold you down or do something about it. Get out of that toxic relationship if you need to. I don't know what problem you are having but there is always a solution. You just have to find it.

11. Exercise, Workout daily - Life is too short to be out of shape. Exercise daily, join a gym, or workout at home. You will be healthy from inside out.

12. Meditate - I don't wanna get into benefits of meditation rather I would say I have been doing it for almost 1 year now and my life has changed magically. Include it in your daily habit you will experience peace of mind.

13. Spend time with nature - Don't be aways occupied by four walls of your room. You gotta get out and explore nature more often. It will soothe your mind and soul. 

14. Keep challenging yourself, live outside your comfort zone - Experiment new things, You never know what next thing you do might bring you. Get out of your comfort zone to experience a completely different life from now.

15. Read daily, be positive, and have an optimistic mind - I have been reading self-help books since I was 16 however I was not that frequent at the beginning but I really enjoy it. I made it a habit at 18 and it's been 2 years since I read continuously. Reading books made me start this blog and brought positivity to my life in many ways.

16. Push yourself, Not others - Stop living in comfort zone and set out for your goals. When you will work for your goals. You will feel satisfied and happy.

17. Be open to change - Never be afraid to make a change in your life in any way. Change brings opportunities and possibilities. 

18. Read my blogs - Absolutely I work so hard to motivate and inspire you. Read our articles they will advocate your self-development.

19. Commit yourself to your goals - “The man without a purpose is like a ship without a rudder— Having a purpose gives you direction to move forward in life.

20. Practice positive thinking - Our mind plays a trick by predicting whatever it likes. It is free to think in any way and it's your responsibility to hold the steering of thinking and steer it toward the positive side. Positivity ensures happiness. The more positive you are the happier you will be.

3. Do not overthink. Overthinking kills happiness.

You see If having no single problem in your life is the definition of your happiness. Then answer is no, you can not stay happy always. Because happiness comes from within it has nothing to do with life events or what happens to you. Life will always bring you challenges it is up to you either you get reduced by them or your happiness is untouched by what life brings to you.
